What will you get: The deliverable will be whatever we discuss during our session together, and as much as I can get into a single day. If this isn’t enough time, you’ll have the option to add on a second day, or a 1/2 day.
Aftercare: When your day is done, you’ll receive 1 round of revisions, 10 days of email help, a report of work done via email, and any necessary deliverables.

What will you get: Fulfillment of this service is a fully functional workflow in Dubsado, from the introduction of the lead all the way through off-boarding of your client. This includes branded forms, emails, schedulers, etc.
Aftercare: After work is complete, you’ll receive 2 rounds of revisions, 30 days of email support, and a 60-minute training call.

There is wee a bit of homework in the beginning. I’ll need to collect a few assets from you - your branding, contract copy, etc. Exactly what I need (and how much of it), will depend on the scope of work we’ll work out during our strategy call.
There may be some things I cannot do for you - things like connecting to a payment processor so you get paid. If any of that comes up, I’ll leave you detailed instructions on what to do.

YEP! I strive to keep this as simple as possible. There is a retainer due at booking to save the date, then the rest is as follows:
VIP Days: 50% due at booking with the balance due at completion
Full Setup: 30% due at booking, 30% due 3 days before the project starts, balance is due at project completion.
You’re able to make payments anytime— kinda like a choose-your-own-path adventure.

I’m a one-woman show that carefully schedules all clients so that I can work solely on ONE project at a time. To honor your time, please let me know asap if you need to reschedule. I charge a $250 rebooking fee if homework isn’t complete/everything isn’t turned in.
