After your site is complete, you have no obligation to keep me as a contractor, but you will need to pay for a few things to keep your site running: Some of these are optional.
Your Squarespace subscription (you will get a discount on your first payment if I build this!)
Domain renewal after 1 year and Google Workspace after 6 months (If you get the free trial from Sqsp)
Legal documents (terms & conditions, privacy policy, etc.) I will install these for you, but you must provide the copy. Depending on where you purchase, this is could be a 1-time fee or a monthly subscription. I have recommendations and discount codes! Check out my Resources page)
While the integration is included, email marketing setup is available as an add-on and you will be responsible for the monthly charge from your provider.
CRM integration is included, but the setup is also an add on (heyyy did I mention I’m Certified Dubsado Specialist? I gotcha), and you will be responsible for your CRM subscription.

Squarespace is my preferred platform for many reasons. but I will be happy to design for you in Wix or Showit. I love Shopify for online shops! The best platform for you depends on your offerings and processes. That's something we can also work through during the consultation.

Absolutely! Your payments will be split into 3 parts:
33% retainer is due at signing to save your project date.
33% is due at the start of your project, before work begins.
The balance is due at project completion.
Extended payment plans are available upon request.

Yes. Images are crucial to the overall professional look of the site. There are 3 options here:
If you have or can get professional images of yourself, your business and your work, that’s by far the best choice!
There are photographers who offer custom stock images (without you in them), so that's a good mid-tier price tag options.
Generic stock images would be a last resort, but would work until you were ready to invest more.
I will resize and rename the images for you for SEO purposes, so you don't need to do anyting else with them.

If you already have branding (logo, fonts and colors) - GREAT! I really can’t get started without it.
If you do NOT have branding-- I can help you either find someone, or include that in your project. We'll discuss and make a plan during our consultation when we pick your design dates.
