Scope of work:
I recently had the pleasure of helping a home-organizing business restructure their client processes. It was really fun to take what they were already doing and help streamline it.
BEFORE: My client didn’t have organized processes in place for the journey from interested to booked. She didn’t feel professional in her inquiry responses. She had some one-time clients as well as ongoing projects. She also needed a way to add physical organizing items to purchase and wanted a better followup system.
AFTER: We talked for about an hour and curated a process that would. Then I set about making it a reality. I gave her a brand new contact form for her website and wrote an inquiry response that included a link to book a consult call for easy
This dream client had all of her emails written out for me and numbered, so all I had to do was copy them into Dubsado, organize them as templates, incorporate smart fields to personalize them, and fit them into the correct automations. I created schedulers for different appointment types with custom confirmation & reminders. She was very particular about the details!
The project ended with several small workflows so my client had options to automate many different processes. This simplified the manual steps on her end and allowed her to provide a seamless experience for her clients.
One thing that was so special about this client was how thoughtful she was about curating an experience that did not overwhelm her clients with too many choices. This ended up being a pretty intricate project with many small details and layers that fit together perfectly.
