Full Dubsado setup for a travel wedding photographer

This wedding photographer came to me, looking for help with streamlining her booking processes. Photographers in general make great clients because they bring professional imagery, and this one in particular couldn’t be beat.

BEFORE: Before, she wanted to get away from Honeybook bc of their added processing fees and unreliability. She felt the workflows were awkward and buggy with too many clicks. Overall she wanted to explore cleaning up her client processes and points of contact.

AFTER: We talked for about an hour and curated her dream client process. Then I set about making it a reality. I gave her a brand new contact form for her website, a beautiful on-brand proposal, 2 questionnaires to gather all the content she needed from her beautiful couples. My favorite part was that one of the questionnaires filled in her timeline & shot list on it’s own due to custom smart fields 💃🏼

I also rewrote & organized all of this client’s emails so they could be manually sent quickly with minimum editing OR added to a workflow. We created schedulers for all her different appointment types, complete with custom confirmation & reminders. And added in her desired payment plans with reminders and payment receipts.

A nice workflow tied all the assets up in a bow (and by bow, I mean an automated, streamlined processes that was super easy for her clients and made her life on-so much easier!
