Full Dubsado Setup and Custom forms for an interior designer

This client was one of my favorites! I did a complete Dubsado setup for her, and then about a year later she asked me to update her forms to match her new branding. She’s an interior designer

BEFORE: Before coming to me, she was using design docs and quick books. She had no streamlined process for inquiries or booking. She wanted a more professional and automated approach that would be easier for her clients and easier on herself. She also worked with other team members, so it was important to have everything in one place.

AFTER: I worked closely with this client to create her ideal client processes. We came up with a system that gave a seamless inquiry process and professional booking. Once the clients were booked, we had a custom workflow for each phase of the design and install process. I created custom forms, emails and schedulers throughout.

The re-branded forms included some custom graphics made in Canva. They were easily swapped out with her current workflows and on her website. I also updated her Welcome Guide and What to Expect packets for 2 phases to match the new forms and rebrand.
